Predeceased by his wife, Betty J.; brother, William; great-grandson, Blake Behrendt.
He is survived by his children, William (Kim) & Karen (Gary) Tveit; granddaughters, Heather (Casey) Behrendt, Jenifer (Ferdi) Tugal, Ingrid Tveit, & Ashley (John) Glanton; great- granddaughters, Adriana, Layla, & Emma Behrendt, & Adyson Tugal; sisters-in-law, Inez Williams & Doris Holtz (Francis Lynch); many nieces & nephews. Elmer was a WWII Navy Veteran & a retiree of Eastman Kodak after 34 years.
His Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at White Haven Memorial Park, All Seasons Chapel, 210 Marsh Road.
