Passed, after a long battle with cancer, March 19, 2018 at the age of 80.
Predeceased by her parents, Lewis and Edna Fravor; brothers, Robert and Stanley Fravor.
Survived by her husband of 60 years, Allen Holmes; Sons, Thomas (Madelyn) and Gerry (Helena) Holmes; grandchildren, Andrew (Julie) Holmes, Brittany (Devin) DePoint, Shannon (James) Lockhart, Derek (Jennifer) Holmes, Hunter Holmes, and Donovan Holmes; great grandchildren, Michael, Jackson, Isaiah, and Oliver.
Long time volunteer of Unity Hospital's gift cart, and active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. When not donating her time to others, Myrtle and her husband Allen enjoyed long distance biking, recreational swimming, and concerts at the beach.
Service will be held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 4115 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14616 Saturday March 24, at 11:00am. Luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
