Passed away unexpectedly Friday Feb 2, 2018 at the age of 40.
She is predeceased by her father Herbert Baker.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Daniela, Chloe, Jonathan, and Jacob; her mother Donna Baker; sister Debra (Chris Needler) Montagliano, brother in law Josh (Shannon Gerace) Montagliano; nieces, Emilee and Ali, and her nephew Julian; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jennifer was the most amazing person in the world, with a smile that was contagious and a laugh that could make anybody smile.
She deeply and unconditionally loved her children, her family, her "soccer family" and friends.
She will be missed by all.
