In Memory Of
Jane A. Patti
1917 - 2018

Died peacefully in her sleep on February 4, 2018 in Cleveland with family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Samuel J. Patti. Beloved mother of Ann M Van Damme of Chicago, and Charles D. Patti (Renée Aten) of Cleveland, and grandmother to the late David S Van Damme. Pre-deceased by her parents: Crispino and Maria, her six siblings, Michelina Tomaselli, and Joseph, Samuel, James, Stephen, and Anthony Alaimo, in death. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was a happy, loving, and generous mother. Her children always came first and she loved them unconditionally as well as her grandson and great granddaughter, as well as her extended family and friends.
She was an amazing cook and baker and her husband, Sam, always said he fell in love with her at first glance, but once he tasted her homemade apple pie he was hooked for life. They were happily married until his death in 2006. Her children would like to thank all family members who were so kind and generous to our mother, especially the families of Michael Tomaselli and the late Joan Alaimo Smith for their unwavering devotion and love to our mother when she lived in Rochester.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Holy Cross Church 4492 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY on Saturday, February 17, with internment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 2461 Lake Ave Rochester NY. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve (Ohio) would be appreciated.
