Predeceased by her husband; Stephen Sulanowski, Daughter; Suzanne DeGraff.
Survived by her daughters; Cynthia (Robert) Mura, Lisa (Rick) Coleman.
Sons; James (Anita Jones) Sulanowski, Richard (Laurie) Sulanowski.
7 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
On Wednesday morning the family will receive friends for a meet and greet at 10:30 am
at St. Ann's Chapel at St. Ann's Community, 1500 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY 14621 followed by her mass of Christian burial at 11 am.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
A special thanks to the staff of Lifetime Care and St. Ann's Home for the care they provided Diana and her family.
