Predeceased by her Husband; Joseph J. DeCarlis, Son; Patrick J. DeCarlis.
Survived by her Son; Alfanzo (Celeste Arlie) Zappetella, Daughters; Jacqueline (Donald) Boerschlein, Catherine McMaster. Grandchildren; Jason, Malachi, Matthew, Rose, Donna and Ryan.
Great Grandchildren; Macie and Hazel. Several nieces and nephews. Her close friends; Paul (Karen) Danielecki.
Pat enjoyed watching old movies ( Golden Girls and Mash), crocheting, Nintendo DS and above all, cooking for her family. Pat lived for her children, she will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
No prior calling hours.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
