Passed away on September 19th, 2018 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by his parents, Louis and Michelina Fico; brothers, Joseph, Louis, Michael and Salvatore; sister, Connie; son, Manuel; wife, Evelyn Angelo Fico. He is survived by his daughter, Sally Rose Fico (Jerry) Bropst; son, James C. Fico; beloved companion, Betty Gascoyne; grandchildren, Amanda (Scott) Miller and James Charles Fico II, William, Susan, Michael and Keith; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-laws, Mary and Teresa Fico along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Monday September 24th 2018 from 2PM - 4PM and 6PM - 9PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Mass with be held on Tuesday the 24th at 11AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14616. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery followed by a celebration of life and reception at 2PM at Faith United Methodist Church, 174 Pinnacle Rd Rochester NY 14623. Contributions may be made to in Emanuel's name to either church or a charity of your choice.
