Predeceased by husband, Raymond; parents, Carl & Lucy Peters; sister, Clementine (Robert) Nelson; brothers, Rocco & Nicholas; brother-in-law, Robert (Mary Ann) Infarinato.
She is survived by her children, Joyce, Douglas, Kenneth (Sally), & Janet; grandchildren, Michael (Francesca), Keith (Angel Benavides), Nicole (Ryan) Platt, Kelly (Andrew) Barbano, Matthew, & Sophie; 4 great-grandchildren; niece, nephews & their families.
Carmella was a proud graduate of Rochester General Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1945. She loved walking, candy, country music, romance novels & movies.
Thank you to Crest Manor & Highland Hospital Palliative Unit, East 5 for their comfort and compassionate care.
Family will receive friends 6 - 8 PM Monday, July 22, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Her Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Peace of Christ at St. Ambrose, 25 Empire Blvd. Entombment at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crest Manor Living & Rehab Center, Fairport, NY.
