Suddenly Sunday, October 13, 2019

Passed away suddenly at his family camp in the Adirondacks.
Survived by his loving wife, Cherie Dobberstein. Daughters, Kimberly ( Francis) Branco,
Bethany (Kaaren) Dobberstein. Grandchildren, Matthew, Emma, Meghan Branco, Ethan Dobberstein. Sisters, Suzanne (Alan) Dailey, Kathleen (David) Cripps. Brother, Robert (Lynda) Dobberstein. Several nieces, nephews, dear friends.

Jack loved spending time with his grandchildren, he was passionate about spending time with his family at camp, watching and attending sporting events especially the Buffalo Bills. Jack was very active in his church serving in many roles. He was especially proud to be part of the "A Team". Jack was an advocate for The American Heart Association, the Red Dress Campaign and the Heart Walk. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Friends may call 1-3 pm, 4-7 pm Friday October 18, 2019 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (west of Long Pond Rd.) On Saturday afternoon at 3 pm., friends may meet at Trinity Episcopal Church, 3450 W Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14626 (corner of North Ave.) for a memorial service to celebrate Jack's life.

In lieu of flowers, friends may forward contributions to Trinity Episcopal Church in memory of Jack.
