WEBSTER- Frederick Allen Watts Jr., 73, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019 surrounded by the love of his family.

Fred was born in Rochester, NY on December 24, 1945 to the late Frederick and Lola Watts.

Fred graduated from East Rochester High School and served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Fred also served as a volunteer fire fighter with West Webster Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Watts (Gibaud) and his children Irene Watts and Frederick Watts III (Alicia) and grandson Jonathan Watts.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609, on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
