Penfield- Raymond M. “Ray” Wilson Jr., 71, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 surrounded by the love of his family.
Ray was born in Rochester, NY on March 21, 1948 to the late Raymond and Loretta Wilson Sr. Ray served his country honorably in the United States Navy for over 20 years. He will be remembered for his love of the rodeo and animals. He retired from the Town of Penfield’s Animal Control with over 10 years of service. On September 16, 2000 Ray married the love of his life, Sue.
Ray is predeceased by his sister, Sharon Fustaino.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sue, his sister, Penny (Bob) Margis, his uncle, Edward Wilson, his aunt, Rosemary Mintz, his step-daughters, Karen (Brad) Phelps, and Shari Brewerton, his grandchildren Julie (Ken) Bohrer, and Elliott Phelps, his niece, Tiffany Surowy, and a host of family, and friends.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
