Passed away peacefully on March 17, at the age of 77, after living with Parkinson's disease for several years.

Predeceased by her parents, John and Ruth Noskie and husband of 51 years, Stanley Lelewski Jr.

She is survived by brothers, Richard (Jane) Noskie of Kendall, NY and Kenneth Noskie of Hilton, NY; sons, Andrew (Lauren) of Raleigh, NC and Robert (Taylor) of Hickory, NC; grandchildren, Shawn, Kate, Jack, Peter, Claire and Lucy Lelewski along with many nieces and nephews.

Pat was a lifelong resident of Greece, NY, and lived her life as a proud daughter and big sister to two brothers. After graduating from Spencerport High School, she went on to a career with Eastman Kodak in the Photo Tech division where she met her future husband, Stan. She was a caring wife, mother, and sister, and was known for her love of gardening and baking.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Wegman Family Cottage 200 for many years of compassionate care and friendship for the family.
