Warren was a gifted, award-winning, self-taught artist who was perpetually creative, unpretentious and passionate about his work and his life. He was a non-conformist who couldn't fathom spending a life doing something that did not fulfill one's dreams.

Warren loved his family, but the light of his life and best friend was his son Zackary, whom he cherished. That love was reciprocated, as the love Zack had for his dad was as Zack describes, “Beyond words, beyond time and space, eternal. His dad was his hero. The world has lost a true maverick.
