Hamlin- Stephen Ihnatiuk, 70, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 surrounded by the love of his family.

Steve was born in Germany on April 26, 1951 to the late Stefan and Sophia Ihnatiuk. On June 8, 1979 Steve married the love of his life, Lynn. They were married for 42 years. He worked many places, most recently at Tile Wholesalers in Irondequoit, NY. He will be remembered for his love of hunting, fishing, and bowling. His passion in life was his family.

He is predeceased by his son, Stephen, and his sister, Erica Chatterton.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lynn, his children, James (Tina) Ihnatiuk, Bryan Ihnatiuk, and Jennifer Ihnatiuk, his grandchildren, Nicole, Elizabeth, Katelyn, Tyler, Jackson, Emily, Carter, and Aubrey, his great-grandsons, Giovanni, Santino, and Jackson, and a host of family and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10am.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Steve’s name to the American Diabetes Association, or American Heart Association.
