Predeceased by his mother Alice Jean "Bargia" Forte. Sister Kimberly Forte, grandparents Leo and Rose Forte. Maternal grandparents Carl and Hillary Bariga.

Survived by his loving daughters Audrey Forte and Savannah. Father Peter Forte. Brothers Philip and Carol Forte, Dalton (Shannon), Peter (Teresa) Jr., Joseph Forte. Sister Renee Forte. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Patrick was a wonderful father and son. He loved nature, being outdoors fishing. He was his father's caretaker. He was kind and loving and enjoyed the time he spent with Audrey. Patrick fought a courageous battle with cancer for 2 years. He will be missed by so many.

Friends may call 3-6pm Monday, October 3, 2022 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (west of Long Pond Rd.) Funeral services will begin at 6pm following visitation in the chapel of the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers friends may make contributions to American Cancer Society, 1120 S Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14620 in Patrick's memory.
