Born in Oil City PA, she passed away peacefully on, July 11, 2017 at the age of 70 in Rochester, NY.
Predeceased by her husband Jacob and her parents, David Chester Moore and Lenore Mae Wiles Moore and her sister Darlene Reigle.
She is survived by her Son, William J. "Bill" and daughter Lisa. Her sisters, Carol Freeland, Dorothy (Randy) Weaver, and Hilda (David) Putnam; brother, Albert (Rebecca) Moore, and Robert Moore, several nieces and nephews and extended family.
Private service and interment.
