Born in Wallingford, CT on October 24, 1942 she had a 40+ year nursing career as part of the medical community at Yale New Haven Hospital, Highland Hospital, Genesee Hospital and Park Ridge Nursing Home now Unity Hospital from which she retired. She was a world traveler and enjoyed the company of her many beloved pets.
Predeceased by her parents Emma and Marshall Shute and sister Claudia Meier. She is survived by her husband of 56 years George E Mancuso Jr., her nine children Georgette Hoffman (George), Noel Mancuso, Glenn Mancuso (Lisa), Monica Mancuso, George H Mancuso, Camille Mancuso (Brian), Gabrielle Sears (Tony), Galina Mancuso, Cameron Mancuso, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals (Eastside), 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609 on Monday, December 9 from 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Christopher’s Church, 3350 Union St. North Chili, NY 14514 on Tuesday, December 10 at 10:00 AM.
Interment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marsha’s name to the Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester at 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450.
