Leo Phillip Forte Jr.

Passed with family January 18, 2020 at the age of 68.

Predeceased by his wife, Cheryl Mae Forte; daughter, Summer Forte; parents Leo & Rose Forte.

Survived by son, Leo (Karin) Forte; grandchildren, Alex, Brittany, Cody, & Hunter; great grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis, Rose, Leona, & Peter; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

Leo was an active outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, & boating. He was incredibly generous to his grandchildren & family. Leo was a great conversationalist. He loved the water. Leo loved his family more then anything.

Calling hours will be Thursday January 23, 4-7pm with a service at 7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Meeting at the funeral home at Friday January 24, 10am to process to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for the graveside services.
