Passed peacefully 11/15/20 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her loving husband of 71 years, Norman Bachman, and son, Mike. Survived by her sons John (Nancy) Bachman and Gerry (Bonnie) Bachman, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter, nieces and nephews

Joan was a war bride from Swansea, Wales who married at 17 years of age and came to America on the Queen Mary in 1945. Her life as a homemaker with her husband and three sons was very fulfilling. Joan enjoyed her cottage on Seneca Lake for many years, and her time with family and friends. She also liked reminiscing about her life in Swansea and always had a story.

Joan’s life will be remembered and celebrated at a later date.
