Predeceased by parents, Harold Charles & Kathleen Maude Welling & infant son, Mark Anthony Welling.
Survived by his wife, Olga of 57 years; sons, Stephen (Vicki), Kenneth (Monica), & Christopher (Keri); & Beloved & adored grandchildren, Parker, Grace, Henry, Charlie, Jordyn, & Teagan. Brothers, Michael (Judy), Dan (Judy), Tom (Cathie); sister in law, Herinda (Alfredo) Garcia; brothers in law, Jimmy Andrada & Antonio (Lilly) Medina; & several cousins, nieces, & nephews. His Special friends Ray & Jackie, & golfing buddies, Buddy, Larry, John, Dick, Pat, & Pete, with whom he had the best times.
Kevin was a member of IBEW Local 86 for 55 years & Chili Country Club.
The family will receive family & friends on Thursday November 11, from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue with the funeral mass on Friday November 12th, 10am at St Monica Church.
