Spencerport -Passed peacefully at the Canandaigua VA on May 6, 2022 at the age of 78.

Predeceased by his parents, Paul Gropp & Margaret McIntosh.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Barbara; beloved children, Jackie (Todd) McMichael, Paul D. Gropp, Debbie (Jason) Hall, Dan (Erin Hoch) Gropp, & Ken (Julie) Gropp; cherished grandchildren, Corey, Cody (Alyssa Sowan), & Casey (Nikki DiTullio) McMichael, Morgan Hall, Savannah, James, & Nicholas Gropp, Ben & Will Hoch, Sienna & Jackson Gropp; siblings, Jerry (Gail) Gropp, Betti (Rick) Daley, Donna (Bob) Gill, Bob (Darlene) Gropp, George (Janine) Gropp, & Jennifer (Sean) Dignan; step-mother, Cheryl (Bill Bruns) Wersackas; many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends at the Perinton VFW 8495.

Paul was a proud Army Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and dirt track racing. He loved spending time with his family.

A special thank you to the Canandaigua VA, building 7B for their compassionate care & friendships.

Family will receive friends 3 - 5 PM Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will follow at 5:00 PM.
