Our father Anthony (Tony) P. DeCarlis left this world unexpectedly on March 20 at the age of 71.

He was born on August 6, 1951 in Rochester, NY. After graduating from Jefferson High School in 1971, he started his first job at Giltspur Exhibits. He worked there for over 32 years as a carpenter and worked his way up to be a Field Supervisor traveling over 200 days a year.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved to cook for his family.

Anthony was predeceased by his parents Joseph Sr. and Ruth, grandparents Anthony and Rose Zinone and brother Joseph, Jr.
He is survived by his children, Colleen (Frank Barton) DeCarlis; son, Anthony (Elicia) DeCarlis; sister, Yvonne Vorrasi, grandchildren Renata, Chase, Aiden and Mason; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Friends may call 9-11 am, Thursday March 30, 2023 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (corner of Long Pond Rd.) Funeral services will be held graveside in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following visitation at 11:30 am, section south 26.
