Predeceased by her husband Edward F. Watson Jr. and her parents Nicholas and Sophie Pirone.
Sophie is survived by; seven children, Bonnie (James) Steele, Newport, RI, Laura (Barry) Byrne, Gainesville, FL, Donna Deppert, Rochester, NY, Julie Merrifield, Ipswich, MA, Sharon Watson, Mt. Pleasant, SC, Edward F. (Christine) Watson III, Baton Rouge, LA & Steven (Stephanie) Watson, Pittsburgh, PA; twelve grandchildren, Heather (Eddie) McKenna, Portland, OR, Alyson (Carlos) Escribano, Orlando, FL, Tyler Byrne, Portland, OR, Whitney Deppert, Houston, TX, Emily (Will) Liberis, Beverly, MA, Trevor Merrifield, Boston, MA, Taylor Merrifield, Denver, CO, Alex (Hailey) Watson, Las Vegas, NV, Kayla Watson, Hammond, LA, Nicholas Watson, Baton Rouge, LA, Landen Watson and Madeline Watson, Pittsburgh, PA; five great grandchildren, Kaelin and Clara McKenna and Marina, Camilla, and Sebastian Escribano.
Sophie graduated from Mamaroneck High School in 1946 and attended Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. She married her high school sweetheart, Ed, in 1954 and has devoted her life to her family.
Friends and family are invited to attend her Funeral Mass, Saturday, July, 22, 2023 at 9AM at St Louis Church, 64 S. Main St., Pittsford NY.
Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
