Passed away on Friday May 19, 2023 at the age of 93.
Predeceased by parents Elwyn and Elizabeth Woodworth; husband, Robert McDermott; son, Peter McDermott; daughter, AnneMarie Farrow; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Marian Woodworth; brother-in-law, Thomas Burns, and Reid Gates, fiance.
Roberta is survived by sons, Bruce (Karen) McDermott and Keith McDermott; daughter-in-law, Debbie (Tim) Stoffel; granddaughters, Heather McDermott, Shannon (Allen) Mitchell and Diana Farrow; great-grandsons, Raidyn Robson, Jackson Mitchell; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Mitchell; sisters, Nancy Bartlett and Sharon Burns; and many nieces and nephews.
Roberta was a retiree of Eastman Kodak.
The family is very grateful for the nurses, aides, doctors and Hospice staff at the Fairport Baptist Home for taking such wonderful, compassionate care of Roberta.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, May 31 from 10 to 12 noon, followed by a service at 12 noon at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Internment at Fairfield Cemetery, Spencerport, NY.
Contributions may be made to the Fairport Baptist Home.
