Predeceased by her parents, Richard Kendrick & Beverly Perez; siblings, Richard Kendrick, Donna Maldanado, & Doreen Kendrick.

She is survived by her brothers, James (Lisa) Kendrick, Fundador (Maria Elena) Perez, Jr., Juan (John Gaspar) Perez, & James (Tricia) Kendrick; step-parents, Fundador Perez Sr. & Margaret Kendrick; significant other, Renee Matteson; children, Tyler (Nikita) Phillips, Roman Phillips, Samuel Phillips, Quincy Kendrick, & Prestin Phillips; granddaughter, Scarlett Phillips; many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

Family will receive friends 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where a Prayer Service will follow at 7:30 pm.
