Adam J. Sisco "Atticus James"

Passed away on June 16th, 2026 at the age of 27.

Adam faced his battle against advanced metastatic melanoma with remarkable courage. After a long fight, he peacefully passed at home surrounded by family and friends. His passion for connecting with others through writing, reading, and teaching touched many lives. His infectious smile brightened every room, and his legacy will forever resonate in the hearts of those he loved and inspired.

Predeceased by his Grandfather, Malcolm Sisco; Grandparents, Patrick and Linda Logan; Grandmother, Shirley Hollaert.

He is survived by his Loving Wife, Isis Clarke-Pierre; Two Loving cats; Ajax "Fatty" and Rosa "Chicken"; Mother, LisaMarie (David) Edwards; Father, James (Tamara) Sisco; Brother, Brandon Sisco; Sister, Amanda (Mason) Scott; Nephew Jayden Scott; Niece, Khloe Scott; Grandparents, Michael (Stella) DiPasquale, Bernadette (Michael) Vallone; Step-siblings; Aunt, Laurie (Jonpaul) Getty; Uncle, Albert (MaryJo) DiPasquale; Aunt, Gina (Mark) Bresnan; Cousins, Robert (Keila) Bond, Justin (Catherine) Getty, Anthony Getty, Matthew Getty, and Katie Schmitt; Best Friend, Kaley (Reanna) Crofoot; as well as many family and friends.

A celebration of life for Adam will be held at Mangia Mangia (2273 S Union St Spencerport, NY 14559) on August 9th, 2026, from 11pm. to 4 p.m.. We kindly ask guests to wear some sort of teal in honor of Adam's favorite color. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions may be made to: Golisano Children's Hospital.
