With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Aggie Wallner, a loving wife, mother and nana, sister, aunt and friend who touched the lives of everyone she met. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved.
Born on March 25, 1953 in Medina, NY, Aggie was a beacon of love, compassion, and strength. She dedicated her life to her family and friends, always putting others before herself. Wherever Aggie went she made friends easily who became family. Her laughter was contagious. Her warmth and generosity knew no bounds, she had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved.
Predeceased by her parents Garry & Irene (DePonte) Pescara; sisters, Melanie & Deanne.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, John Wallner, who never left her side, her beloved dog Cooper, her loving children, Tiffany (Jason) Tibbitts and Rob (Tatiana) Wallner, and her cherished grandchildren, McKenna, Tyler, Kendall and Chase; brother, Gerald (Robin) Pescara; sister, Maylene Magnanti; many nieces, nephews, cousins, She also leaves behind many dear friends, and extended family members who will forever hold her in their hearts.
Whether you knew Aggie as John’s loving wife, My Brother’s Phone buddy who always answered the phone, and my source of strength and love, She was the heart and soul of our family. She was the Wife, Mom and Nana / Nanny that everyone wished for. We are so thankful that she was ours.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 5th, from 5-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A service will follow at 7pm. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Judes in her memory.
Agnes “Aggie” Wallner's legacy of love, kindness, and grace will continue to inspire us all. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
