Passed away on March 10th, 2019 at the age of 59.
Predeceased by his parents Albert Sr. and Grace L. McDowell; sister, Betty McNeil.
He is survived by his loving companion, Shirley Peavy; sons, Marcel (Latana) McDowell and Terrell Barns; 12 grandchildren; siblings, Tommy ''Toby'' and Zina, along with a host of many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Friday March, 15th 2019 from 11AM-12PM followed by a service at 12PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard.
