Greece: Died Monday September 8, 2014 at his home. Alex was the son of JoAnn R. Sydney and the late William L. Sydney.
He is survived by his beloved partner of more than 20 years, Josette Robson and her children, Dustin Robson of Rochester and Brandon Robson of WA. Also surviving are his mother, JoAnn Sydney of Medina; brother, Daniel (Laurie) Sydney and sister, Rebecca Sydney of Rochester; grandmother, Rita Stewart of Medina; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Alex loved animals especially his cats and was an avid gardener, loved to sketch as well as many other artistic endeavors.
Friends and family may call Friday September 12th, 2-4 & 7-9 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Graveside Services will be held Saturday September 13th, 11 AM at Boxwood Cemetery, North Gravel Road, Medina.
