Predeceased by parents William and Sophia Schmeer, sister Nancy and brother Richard. 

She is survived by her husband of 55 plus years, Jackson A Webb, her children Ray (Lori) Bisig, Gail (Bob) Cunningham, William (Tracy) Webb, James (Eleanor) Webb, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
