Alice Zahn

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on October 9, 2026 at the age of 78.

Predeceased by her parents, Charles & Dorothy Zahn; siblings, Franklin Zahn, Scott Zahn & Pamela Erbelding.

She is survived by her wife of 33 years, Kathleen Eckman; son, Robert (Melissa) Eckman; granddaughter, Calleigh; brother, Charles (Cindy) Zahn; sister-in-laws, Margaret (James) VanDelinder, Maureen Benvenuto, Laurie Zahn & MaryJo Zahn; brother-in-laws, Sean (Nancy) Kennedy & Robert (Diane) Kennedy; many nieces, nephews and  great-nieces & nephews.

Alice cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, especially gathering for birthdays, holidays, BBQs, and any occasion that brought everyone together. She loved cheering on her family at their sporting events and enjoyed watching women’s basketball, soccer & football (Go Bills!). Alice also loved a trip to the casino, especially spending time at her favorite slot machines. Above all, she treasured the laughter, memories, and special moments shared with the people she loved most.

A visitation will be held on Friday October 16, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14626.
