He was predeceased by his parents, Allan Lowe and Helen Lawson; and his wife, Barbara.
Allan is survived by his children, Patricia (Robert) Sitts and James Lowe; grandchildren, Jacob Lowe and Katherine Sitts; brother, Richard Lowe; sister, Barbara Knapp and longtime companion, Mary Reveley.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday 4PM-6PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Private Interment.
