He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Kane Lusk; daughters, Jessica (Max) Martin & Jennifer (Robbie) Wiley; step-sons, Jeremy & Michael Zenkar; grandchildren, Dakkota, Logan Zenkar, Brooke, Robbie Wiley, & Calder Martin; brothers, Bill Lusk & Curtis Hutchinson; sister-law, Judith (Kane) Luttrell; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to West Bloomfield Congregational Church, PO Box 5, West Bloomfield, NY 14585 where Andre was a Deacon at a church he loved.
Celebrations of Life to be determined by family.
