Gates: Passed on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at age 79. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sarah. Children; Joanne Fazio, Michael (Nicole), David Fazio. Brothers; Joe (Linda), Thomas, Augie Fazio. Sisters; Jean Herrera, Marion (Peter) DiSano, Margie Fazio many nieces and nephews; special friend, Patricia Soles.
A special Thank You to the Staff at Park Ridge Living Center.
No prior calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Apostle Church, 530 Lyell Avenue, Rochester, New York 14606 on Thursday, February 9th at 11 AM.
