Andrew L. Postell, age 85, of Rochester, New York, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He lived a life defined by quiet strength and devotion to those he loved. Andrew was born on April 29, 1940, in Oakland, Florida, to the late Willie D. Postell and
Precious Florence Mainess Postell. He grew up in Orlando, attending Jones High School and later Jones Business College. As a young man, he proudly served in the United States Army. (Janice) Postell Jr., Alexander Postell, Julia (Ulysses) Baker, Kenneth (Anita) Mainess, Richard (Delia) Postell, Rosa Black, Wilbur (Peggy) Postell, and Bertram (Barbara) Postell.
