Angela Zazubec

Angela Marie Zazubec, age 73, of Rochester, NY, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Her passing was sudden and unexpected, but we rejoice in knowing she is now with her Savior in glory.

Angela was born on September 12, 1951, and faithfully served the Lord throughout her life. She was a devoted member of Trinity Baptist Church, located at 650 Merchants Road, where she worshiped and fellowshipped with her church family.

She worked for many years as a skilled optician, serving her community with care and dedication. Outside of her work, Angela loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a gift for singing, cooking, and baking—often blessing others with the warmth of her voice and the comfort of a homemade meal. Her greatest joy was found in loving and caring for her three sons: Alex, Zach, and Mark, each of whom she cherished deeply.

Angela trusted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior on November 20, 2004, and her life was a testimony to her church family. Her hope rested in God’s promises, including this beautiful truth:

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”  – Philippians 4:7 KJV

Angela is survived by her three sons and their families, along with her brother and sister and her church family. She will be missed more than words can express.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 4, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, Empire Boulevard. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, June 5 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church, 650 Merchants Road. Burial details will be announced once finalized.
