Rochester: Passed peacefully Friday, February 22, 2013 at age 97 in the presence of her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband, Benny. She is survived by her sons, Sam Ruggieri, Anthony (Linda) Ruggieri, Benny Ruggieri, Jr. (Lynn); daughter-in-law, Angela Ruggieri; grandchildren, Benny Ruggieri, III, Lisa and Vicky Ruggieri, Matthew Ruggieri, Michael (Michelle) Ruggieri, Gina (Bob) Horn, Christine Ruggieri, Nicole (John) Crane; 5 great-grandchildren, Anthony, Joey, Nevin, Jaden and Caelen, along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 28 from 5-8PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10:30AM in the All Saints Mausoleum at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, where interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Anita's name to the charity of your choice.
