Anna Marie (Giambrone) O'Leary passed on Sunday, December 1st in her home surrounded by loved ones. Predeceased by her spouse, Daniel O'Leary; and parents, Catherine and Charles Giambrone. She is survived by her son, Sean (Lauren Tenney); her daughter, Caitlin (Justin) Jones and their sons Jake and Will; her cousin, Barbara Laughton; her sister, Rosalie Zito; and an always expanding community of close family and friends. Anna was a graduate of Nazareth Academy for Girls, a former employee of Eastman Kodak, and a longtime member of Monroe Golf Club.
A service to celebrate Anna's life will be held at St. Louis Church on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 9:30am and will be followed by a reception at Monroe Golf Club. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright colors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to UR Medicine Home Care.
