Rochester, NY: Ann Nemyier, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2008 at age 87. Predeceased by her husband Fred Nemyier, sisters Mary Fenicchia and Jeanette Mastri, brothers Nick and Gus Finocchio. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Donna Leippe of Bloomington, IL; granddaughters, Samantha Leippe, Raeanne Gillenwater and Elizabeth Badini of Long Island, NY; 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Born in Italy, Ann emigrated with her family to Rochester in 1931. She worked for many years at Kodak Park. She enjoyed travel, laughter, Italian love songs, and, mostly, the company of her family and friends.
Friends may call on Friday, December 19, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester in her memory.
