Predeceased by his mother, Eleanor V. Putnam.
He is survived by his children, Sharon Stockwell, Alan Erway and Heather Smeltzer.
His grandchildren, Erica Ann Stockwell, Brandon Arthur O'Connell, Johanna Taylor Erway, Alan Donald Erway Jr. and Rayna Mackenzie Smeltzer.
Family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 22nd, which would be Art's 70th birthday, from 6pm to 8:30pm, at New Comer Funeral Home 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
