Penfield: Born in Tidioute, PA on December 28, 1930. Arthur passed peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones on March 17, 2013. Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Laura (Holley); his children, Elizabeth (Rodney) Mitchell, Jeff (Bev) Woodin, Lori (Robert) Atallah, Barbara (Michael) Baldwin; his sisters, Gladys Fredell and Maybelle Golis; cousin, Homer (Jane) Burdick; his grandchildren, Thomas, Justin, Candice (John), Brian (Jayme), Sarah (Matthew), Eric and Ryan; great-granddaughter, Isabella; and many friends and family. Arthur served in the United States Navy and retired from Xerox after 30 years. He was a caring and compassionate husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday March 23rd at 2 PM in the Mausoleum of Oakwood Cemetery where Entombment will follow. Those wishing to make donation in Arthur's memory may contribute to Veteran's Outreach Center of Rochester, 459 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.
