Rochester: Friday June 8, 2007. He is survived by his lifetime companion Madeline Gartz; children William Hazlett of ME, Kitty (Rick) Pratt of CO, Edward (Michelle), Donald (Lisa), & Rick Hazlett, Tammy Hazlett; 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; brother, Warren Hazlett, 2 sisters, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call Wednesday 4-8 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at 8 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family in Austin's memory.
