Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 10th, 2020 at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Margurite Jenks; husband of 40 years, Perry Burdick; Children, Michelle Childs and Gerald Burdick. She is survived by her children, Denise (Richard) Spiegel, Joseph (Valarie Bileschi) Childs, Lori Cruz, Stacey (Kevin) Wallenhorst, Tom (Carol) and Dan Burdick; grandchildren, Katelyn, Justin & Joseph along with many grand and great-grandchildren; siblings, Kathryn Crawford, Matthew (Kristen) and Robert Jenks along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Barb was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army and reserves. Family will receive friends on Saturday September 19th 2020 from 2PM - 4PM followed by a service at 4PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Contributions may be made in Barb's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
