Predeceased by her Parents, William & Leocadia Polaikis.
She is survived by her husband, Paul C. Eddy; Sons, Jason L. & Sean P. Eddy & her beloved Sir Wallace; Brothers, Tom (Carol) & Neal (Elizabeth) & Marty (Deb) Polaikis & many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends Thursday July 21st from 6 PM - 9 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her funeral mass will be held Friday, July 22nd at 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Church.
