Passed away on August 7, 2018 at the age of 98.
Predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, Leon E. France; sisters, Elva "Sis" Wilcher, Marjorie Bragg, & Hazel Staten; brothers, Wecliffe Destouet & Clarence Destouet.
She is survived by her Son, Leon (Cheri) France; granddaughters, Noel, Nicole, and Shanelle; six great-grandchildren; brother Maurice Destouet; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the Rochester Presbyterian Home, 256 Thurston Road, Rochester, NY on Friday August 17th, at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rochester Presbyterian Home.
