Rochester- Passed away on July 24, 2019 at the age of 89.
He is survived by his wife, Clara; children, Ben (Brenda) LaCorte, Jr., Antoinette LaCorte, Mary (Bart) Hungerford, Tina (William) DiPaulo, Claire (David) Bucklin, & John (Liz) LaCorte; grandchildren, John-Paul LaCorte, Layla (Holden) McDaniel, Layton LaCorte, Christine Hungerford, Barton Hungerford, Ben Hungerford, Gina Hungerford, Emily DiPaulo, Cicely DiPaulo, Anna DiPaulo, Sophia DiPaulo, Rachel (Brett) Casto, Kati Raines, Valentino Bucklin, John Bucklin, Ryan LaCorte, & Max LaCorte; sisters, Maria Cassetta & Lee Danial; many beloved nieces, nephews, & friends.
Ben was a Korean War Veteran who proudly served in the US Army.
Family will receive friends 2 - 5 PM Friday, July 26, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Open Door Baptist Church, 350 Scottsville-Chili Rd. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Ben's honor to Reasons 2 Believe Christian Ministries at reasons2believe.org/donate or by mail to Reasons 2 Believe c/o Ben LaCorte Jr., 147 Images Way, Rochester, NY 14626.
