GATES - Passed peacefully May 6th, 2018 at age 83. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 51 years, Judith; parents, Florian & Jessie Balcerak. He is survived by his loving sons, Joseph (Carmelina), Stan (Robin), Mark (Anne) Balcerak; daughter, Mary Balcerak; grandchildren, Jesse Balcerak, Jeremiah, Nicholas, Stephen and Paul Balcerak, Bernard Joseph Balcerak, Madiline Herrick, Brandon Boekhout; many great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph H. Balcerak; sister, Kathryn Hayes; many cousins, nieces & nephews.
Calling Hours will be held from 4-8 PM on Thursday, May 10th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 PM on Friday, May 11th at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 1124 Hudson Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
