Bernard "Butch" John Sweet

Predeceased by his wife, Rita Sweet. Son, Michael Sweet. Sisters, Jean Smith and Joan Hull and Ellen LaMont.

Survived by his children, Betty (Mark) Stevens, Jo Ann (Fred) DeBuck and Culleen (Robert) Zachmeyer, Ronald Sweet, Beverly (Tommy) Nichols, Deborah DeVries. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren. Brother, Bruce Arva. Sister, Susanne (Steven) Dunsford.  Many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Per Butch's request, there will be no formal funeral service. His last act of giving was his donation of research to the Anatomical Gift Program at the University of Rochester.
