Irondequoit: January 30, 2011 at age 83. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Lucile of 52 years; 8 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his 4 children, Sharon (John) Grayko, Nancy (Gary) Leiter, Cindy (Ronald) Johnson and Larry (Joanne) Swetman; 13 grandchildren, Shawn Johnson, Michael Johnson, Christina Ensell, Joey DelVecchio, Anthony DelVecchio, Eric Prat, RB Leiter, Jesse Leiter, Sara Swetman, Dylan Swetman, John, Brian & Scott Grayko; 9 great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Aidan & Logan Johnson, Ellie & Shayna Johnson, Jayden Grayko, Brayden Leiter, Anna & Stella Grayko; brother, Carl (Alice) Swetman; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Swetman and Marian DesGrange; many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to especially thank his caregiver Ruth Heidorn for her kind and compassionate care.
Family will receive friends Friday 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 11 AM at All Seasons Chapel, White Haven Memorial Park. Private Interment. Donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
