Passed Saturday March14, 2015 at age 95. Predeceased by her husband, Adolphus Leonard Blankenship; parents, J. Edward and Blanch Blankenship; brothers and sister, Rex Bandy, George Bandy, Jesse Bandy, Clara Morgan; nephews, Buddy Bandy, Bill Bandy, Barry Bandy, Benny Bandy; special friends, Hazel Brown, Helen Spangler.
She is survived by her son, James Leonard Blankenship; daughter, Maria Lana Drake; granddaughters, Julie Drake Rackmyer (John) and Kelly Drake Blaisdell (Timothy); great grandchildren, Timothy, Jack, Jacob, Chelsea; nieces and nephews, Bob Bandy, Jean Bales, Gay Honaker, Ruth Rasnake, Sara Johnson, Rachel Stout, Jesse Bandy, Jr., Harry Bandy, Peggy Altizer, Sue Bandy Smith, George Bandy, Jr., Genie Morgan.
A service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, March 21, 2015 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY. Interment will be in Grove Place Cemetery.
